How can the internal change agent or external consultant facilitate a thorough transformation, while still allowing the organization to digest and benefit from the change process at a manageable pace? This topic will explore implementing Holacracy by sharing stories, approaches, reflections, and lessons-learned in the implementation process.

Holacracy Adoption at Intermarché (Oct 8th, 2010) A 50-person grocery store in France adopted Holacracy a little over a year ago, with the help of consulting firm Integral Vision.
