Holacracy R&D Updates (Jan 20th, 2011) This call will share some of HolacracyOne's R&D efforts to continue improving Holacracy itself as well as it's concrete expression in the world.  Topics will include the "edges" of Holacracy that we're still experimenting with, the embodiment of Holacracy in a formal Constitution, and a new version of HolacracyOne's legal Operating Agreement which allows a new way to hire that effectively integrates "employee" and "partner" distinctions in current US legal constructs. more
More Holacracy R&D Updates (Jul 25th, 2011) This call will delve into the most recent updates to the Holacracy™ system, including the most significant addition/clarification to the system in years - captured in concrete form in the new version of the Constitution (v2011-07).  We'll also discuss some of the current work being done pioneering "apps" to take advantage of this new operating system. more
Holacracy Open Q&A (Aug 12th, 2011) This call was an open forum to ask Holacracy™-related questions of hosts Brian Robertson and Tom Thomison; the resulting discussion includes their perspectives on why Holacracy™ is not a "well-designed system" (or one "designed" at all), dialog around Holacracy™ implementation strategy for mid-sized companies, thoughts on the importance of individual-organization processes to successful Holacracy™ practice, and why it's not possible to get stuck in the Integrative Decision-Making™ process when the rules of the process are accurately applied. more
The Bleeding Edge (Sep 8th, 2011) This call will explore our "bleeding edge" and current thinking on next-steps of pioneering the Holacracy™ system.  We'll discuss where we've discovered fuzzy, undifferentiated, not-yet-concretely-addressed organizational territory, and dialog about potential visions for what's-next. more
