Integral Theory & Holacracy™

Did Integral theory influence the thought work or development of Holacracy™? If so, to what extent, and how?  From today's vantage point, and looking forward, what connections can be discerned between Holacracy™ and Integral theory? Join HolacracyOne partner Brian Robertson and Dennis Wittrock, CEO of Integrales Forum, co-founder of Die Integrale Akademie, and host of the first Holacracy™ events in Germany in 2007, to explore these themes. Dennis and Brian will reconnect in person February 11-12th, 2012 in Bremen, Germany at the Introduction to Holacracy™ with Integral Theory course, led by Brian and offered in conjunction with Die Integrale Akademie.

During the first part of this call, Brian will unpack the extent to which Integral theory did, and did not, inform the development of Holacracy™, and then he and Dennis will bring some very juicy perspectives to sharpen our view of Holacracy™ through the Integral lens by digging into topics such as:

 - brief introduction to the meaning and use of the term "integral" in this context
 - systematic integration of perspectives
 - evolutionary holarchic structure
 - natural systems design
 - cultivation of transpersonal states beyond the ego for the collective
 - integration of types and stages
 - dramatic reduction of fear
 - YELLOW vMeme FLEX-FLOW properties
 - a meditation practice for the organizational entity
 - a potential TURQOUISE style meta-meshworking between organizations
 - the organization as a "social holon" vs. an "individual holon"?
 - and more...
Join us in this exciting conversation!
