Contracting & Vendor/Client Relationships

Conventional fixed-price, fixed-deliverable contracting leaves little room for dynamic steering, yet there are understandable reasons why either client or vendor in a contracting relationship may push for them.  This call will explore more-dynamic approaches to contracting and to structuring client/vendor relationships - ones which embrace the need for control that leads us to the predict-and-control approach, yet deliver on that promise better.
